TCML The Place to Be for Learning Mandarin
TAIWAN CENTER FOR MANDARIN LEARNING (TCML)
The Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning (TCML) program was launched by the Overseas Community Affairs Council, R.O.C. (Taiwan) in 2021. It collaborates with compatriot schools assisted by the Council to establish Mandarin learning centers in Europe and the United States. It interacts with local communities to provide professional and high-quality Mandarin courses for adults aged 18 and above. Students, business professionals, or individuals from various walks of life can cultivate second language proficiencies through TCML trainings, enhancing their competitiveness in the workplace, and further discuss opening thematic courses that are helpful to them with the teachers.
Not only does TCML offer language courses, but it also serves as a platform for cultural exchange. We have planned out easy and life-oriented cultural courses and festival-themed activities suitable for seniors, travel enthusiasts, or any adults who simply wish to better understand different cultures. Friends from various cultural backgrounds are also welcome to the learning community to jointly experience the fun of Mandarin and the charms of Eastern culture.
TCML AT SAN ANTONIO
In 2023, TCML opened a local chapter in San Antonio, which aims to extend the TCML Program to San Antonio residents and provide an accessible way to learn Mandarin.
We are currently providing two classes: adult conversation class and online intermediate & advanced classes.
Our Mandarin Chinese classes are taught by experienced native speakers, regardless of national origin or place of birth. Adult instruction is offered to anyone wishing to learn conversational Mandarin.
CLASS TIMES
Chinese language and culture classes are held every Sunday afternoon at the following times:
