ABOUT SACCI & TCML
San Antonio Chinese Culture Institute (SACCI) is a nonprofit organization established in July 1994 to promote Chinese culture. We provide opportunities for members of the community to learn Chinese, including spoken Mandarin, traditional writing and reading. Activities are organized and managed through SACCI’s Board of Directors. Major activities include traditional Chinese writing, reading, speaking, Chinese calligraphy, Chinese culture classes, and community service.
The Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning (TCML) program is a global program that encourages and emphasizes Mandarin learning opportunities for all adults (18+) outside of Taiwan. TCML openly welcomes all adults (18+) who are interested in learning Mandarin and Taiwanese Culture.
No prior experience is necessary to register for our classes.
